Why it's possible
Most enterprise GRC platforms require 6 to 18 months of configuration before first productive use. The reason: they are designed as frameworks to be configured entirely, not as ready-to-use products.
KRIogene is built differently. Reference methodologies (ISO 31000, COSO ERM, three lines of defence) are built in by default. You adapt the configuration to your context — you don't build it from scratch.
Our methodology
We talk with your teams to understand your challenges, processes, existing frameworks and priorities. Scoping of the functional and organisational perimeter.
KRIogene is configured to your needs: risk frameworks, assessment scales, scope structure, user roles, workflows. Connection to internal tools where needed (SSO, directory, etc.).
Your existing files (Excel, databases, other software) are migrated securely and integrated into the platform. Reconciliation and quality control of imported data.
Role-based training: management, risk management, internal control, audit, operations. User documentation and onboarding guides.
A limited scope is deployed in production to validate the configuration and fine-tune the last settings before roll-out.
Roll-out across the whole organisation. Ongoing support, usage guidance, regular updates.
Step 7 and beyond
A GRC framework is never static. KRIogene adapts over time to changes in your organisation, your frameworks and your needs.
